1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address, and company details. When you use the Service, we also collect training progress data, employee records you upload (names, emails, department, job titles, onboarding status), HR documents, and usage analytics. We automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) process subscription payments and manage your account; (c) send you important notifications about your account, such as billing updates and security alerts; (d) respond to your support requests; and (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with service providers who help us operate the Service—such as Stripe for payment processing and cloud hosting providers—all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, and analyze Service usage. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the Service may not function properly without them. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; and (e) withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, use the account deletion feature in Settings or contact us through the Pricing page.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or record-keeping compliance.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, sending a notification within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
