Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Foster AI Solutions (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Foster AI Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Foster AI Solutions is a cloud-based employee onboarding and training platform that enables organizations to create training modules, track employee progress, manage HR documents, and monitor compliance. We offer a subscription-based model with a 14-day free trial, after which a monthly fee of $49 applies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Administrators who invite users to the platform are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and agree to keep that information current.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Professional plan is billed at $49 per month. Your free trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically and your chosen payment method will be charged monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload or transmit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (e) use the Service to store or transmit malicious code; or (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including software, text, graphics, logos, and design—are owned by Foster AI Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Training modules and documents you upload remain your property; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to process any employee data you upload to the platform.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for account restoration, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foster AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
